Oh, and since lunch was on the deficient side, we stopped at El Cortes Ingles, the big Spanish department store, for some take-home vittles, not least including some Jamon Iberico and a bottle of better Rioja, to suit the jamon, which was a few thin slivers of the 249 euro/kg variety. Yum, with some mild cheese and olives and bread.
