| Rope-drop, first day, and we are there in Hollywood Studios (the buses* start running at 6:30 AM), in line, 8:20; the couple in front of us, with toddler in carriage, has discovered that beverages are available, and the dad has just returned with a margarita and a beer; this causes a sensation in the rest of the line: margaritas for breakfast! breakfast of champions! *yes, buses: WDW is approximately 40 square miles, the size of Manhattan; Fort Wilderness is closest to the Magic Kingdom, across Bay Lake, but a few miles or so distant from the other parks, resorts, attractions, and shopping areas; in addition to the lines, one also spends considerable time on and waiting on buses, monorails, cable cars, etc.
