That is wonderful that you are exercising in place close to family and making new friends. Penelope has developed into a great adventure and hopefully has the urning for travel and hasn’t developed the narrow vision of people and things foreign. The Meinzer’s have been moving. Our son finished his trip and the Fiat is safely stored in Barcelona waiting inpatiently for its next adventure. Our clocks are running down fast so we must keep moving to outrun the grim reaper.after our return from Spain in may to drop off 1 grandchild we jumped on a flight to Uganda for three weeks to work with handsforanafricanchild.org. Great progress there. We have fished 12 of the 14 homes 90% of the primary school and the community center. We returned the end of June and started a 2 month Alaska journey. Started in Utah and headed north through glacier, banff and then turned left somewhere. Then a trip to visit grand kids attending BYU Idaho. I mentioned tha in January we purchased the next size up roadtrec and that made quite a difference in travel comfort. We purchased the rs adventuer from 2 old ladys the had purchased it from a lady that got it in a devoirce settlement. It was stored in a barn from 2013 until 2018. When the 2 gals purchased it they put every thingamajig that theycould find. Solar new batterie, tires carpets etc. it had been treated like a spoiled child. Great buy. September we were back to Uganda to dedicate the school, community center and start construction of the dental/medical clinic. We are now trying to unwind from a 10 hour jet lag and recharge the batteries, beat the doctor at his own game and next week head out for the hot springs on the east side of the sierras.we will proceed to Baja for 3 week with seafood, enjoying an inflatable kayak that we drag a long and hopefully catch the day of the dead celebrations. We are hoping the grim reaper is as hung over as we are. Great to follow your blog and viciously enjoy your adventures. The meinzers ps keep an eye out in the papers about 2 old gizzers found dead on the beach of enjoying life to it’s fullest

You two are amazing! Glad the Fiat has been so good for you. Envious of your trip to Alaska and your newer US camper. And always impressed and thankful for your work in Africa. Enjoy Baja! Best, Mark & Vicki
